DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS – SCAM ALERT- Serious Legal Violations and Deceptive Practices I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering Makeover Aesthetics for skin treatments or medical aesthetics. My experience was not only disappointing—it was alarming, unethical, and potentially dangerous. I paid almost $4,000 for a “Skin Rejuvenation Package,” expecting professional, medically supervised care as advertised. Instead, I received treatments from unlicensed individuals, including microneedling and laser procedures—without proper supervision, medical credentials, or informed consent. On multiple dates, I was treated by staff who did not hold valid Georgia esthetic or medical licenses, including one provider who is only licensed in Florida. These practices are not only unethical—they're illegal under Georgia law. At no time was I told that unqualified or unlicensed individuals would be performing my treatments. There was no display of licenses, no personalized treatment plan, and zero transparency about what was actually included in the $4,000 package. The care was inconsistent, generic, and delivered by people who were either “trainees” or completely unlicensed to perform such procedures. Worse yet, when I raised concerns with the management—Valentina Munevar and Alejandro Ortiz—I was met with hostility, deflection, and even veiled legal threats, rather than accountability or resolution. My request for a refund and answers about staff qualifications was ignored. Makeover Aesthetics has misled the public, endangered clients, and violated multiple consumer protection and medical regulations. I have since gathered documented evidence and filed formal complaints with the Georgia State Board and other agencies. Do not be fooled by their glossy marketing. Behind the scenes is a dangerously unprofessional operation cutting corners at the expense of your health and trust. If you value your safety, your skin, and your rights as a consumer—STAY AWAY from Makeover Aesthetics.

A month ago I finished my sessions to eliminate cellulite. I wish I had read the reviews before going to this clinic. This is a scam. I’m paying $5,000 for them to help me get rid of cellulite, and I left there worse than when I started. The procedure is extremely painful, and they do so many things that honestly don’t help at all. They ask you to go on a diet, eat healthier, and change your lifestyle. So I wonder, why would anyone pay $5,000 if you’re the one who has to do everything yourself to see results? Don’t go to this clinic. You’ll waste your money and suffer through the treatments.

Do yourself a favor and DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. They only care about your money. They are completely unprofessional, constantly canceling appointments due to lack of staff, and you have to wait until someone from Miami comes to perform the treatments. They deceive you with promises of results you will never see.

BE WARNED: Misleading Services, Unqualified Staff, and a Total Waste of $3,500 This business is a textbook example of deceptive marketing and subpar service delivery. They claim to offer "personalized skin rejuvenation treatments tailored to your needs," but what I received was the exact opposite: generic procedures, inconsistent quality, and a total lack of professional oversight. At no point was a customized treatment plan developed, despite repeated consultations and promises from Stephanie Cruz, Alejandro Ortiz, Kathryn Grau, and the COO Valentina Munevar. There was no assessment, no structured follow-up, and zero evidence of a results-driven process. If you expect professional-grade skincare or real accountability, look elsewhere. Their advertising is not just misleading—it’s manipulative. They present an image of high-end, customized care, but deliver the bare minimum behind closed doors. I was promised care from a Miami-based expert (Katheryn Grau), but she only treated me 5 out of 10 times. The rest of the sessions were handled by what appeared to be unlicensed or underqualified staff, with no visible credentials displayed—a major red flag. Worse, when I raised these issues, they were ignored. There was no attempt to resolve my concerns or acknowledge the blatant mismatch between their promises and what I received. Their talk of "satisfaction" and “individualized care” is pure marketing spin with no substance behind it. This place is overpriced, poorly managed, and potentially unsafe. Save your money and your skin—go somewhere reputable.
