I had my FUE hair transplant at Manual after being introduced to Dr Ibe, we had a 1 hour long conversation and it just covered all the questions I had regarding a new hairline. Today 29th May 2025 I went in at 8 and left around 6pm ( only as my hair is extremely curly and led to a longer extraction period ) but my word Monica & Dr Ibe and another technician I regrettably have forgotten; were absolutely excellent throughout. From conducting the procedure to supporting me in the hours I was essentially faced down and lacking in comfort, they worked so dilligently I just knew the process was in the hands of the most capable of staff. I haven't had any issues and was given an extra 30 mins post Q/A with Dr Ibe and left with zero uncertainty of how the next few days, weeks and months will unfold. It pays to stay local and I for sure feel happier I made the decision to do it in London at Manual.

I am currently Day 2 post transplant. My team were Dr Bauer, Monika and Saffia. All have been amazing so far. I visited three different transplant centres prior to choosing Manual. I chose Manual mainly because they were more patient centric and went above and beyond with explanations and interactions. This has continued to be the case with the procedure itself (a 2 day DHI / FUE procedure for frontotemporal region) and the post procedure follow up. The room used for the procedure was perfect and I felt really well taken care of throughout. I have been very apprehensive about having a hair transplant and this decision has taken over 4 years! It was much, much less painful (minimal discomfort with local anaesthetic injections) than I thought it would be and most of the time I was half asleep! Time will tell how this will look / outcomes and it would be great to have a new update then. But so far everything has been amazing. Great team and a very happy patient!

I am two days after having my hair transplant - I wanted to give a initial review of my experience at MANUAL so far. From my first meeting I was so impressed with my consultant Sharon, she made me feel so comftable and requested that she be my consultant throughout my whole treatment. I met with Dr. Aziz Elgindi and he was so easy to talk to, listen to what exactly I wanted for my transplant - and decided to book in to have it at the first oppertunity. Less than three weeks later I was booked in for the transplant, during that time I requested the photos Dr. Elgindi took of my head with the example lines where my new hairline would be, and other examples of his work (as there wasn't much of his work online) - I was given everything promptly. Day of my transplant Dr. Elgindi traveled down from Manchester where he is based and I arrived at 8.30am - very nervous - but I was soon put at ease and we started the transplant at 9am and was completely done by 3.30. I can't explain how smoothly the day went and amazing the team that was working on my transplant. I thought that I would watch movies all day however we all were chatting and was so relaxed. I'm now two day's after my transplant, I personally have had no swelling and following the very easy list of aftercare that I am to do . If you are reading this and looking for somewhere / someone to do your transplant - I would honestly recommend going with MANUAL and trusting to go with Dr. Elgindi. I was aware that other clinics around and abroad are less expensive - however like anything you get what you pay for. Thank you to Dr. Elgindi, his team and the lovely Sharon (who I will be in contact with throughout my healing process) you made a really scary thing be a complete breeze. With this transplant you get a year free of Finasteride Tablets - that I am ordering and will continue to use. I have friends that use this and that's how I was first introduced to MANUAL. I can't wait for my hair to grow in and so beyond happy that I did this! THANK YOU!
