I got a rhinoplasty from Dr. Marotta and am so happy with my results. I also was extremely happy with the staff in the office. Everyone is super attentive, friendly, and helpful. Before the surgery they would call often to make I was okay and ask if I had any questions. After the surgery, they made several calls to check in on me (even the anesthesiologist) which I thought was so sweet. I would 1000% recommend Dr. Marotta!!

I’ve been here 2/3 times. Jenn was amazing with my lip filler then she left. I saw someone else there. Got filler August of 2024, went back in 2025, experience was telling to say the least… I’m a very nice person, but the experience I had in March here was rediculous. I’ve been here before didn’t have a problem. They pay you to review them positively, in 25$ discounts on your service on Google and on alle. And I now know why. $440 for crows feet treatment in March that is already fading, and that did nothing made under the eyes look worse and told to pay more to do that area. Treated unfairly at folllowup, doctor whispered something rude when commenting on follow up. no consideration after front desk mis booked follow up/other appointment. I waited 45 minutes no one said anything to me. Had to ask 3 times what filler cost, Beyond deceptive with pricing, no notice, front desk sits there and gossips about everyone in the world, mis books appointments, and wastes your time. And god forbid you ask for a receipt or explanation of services, they go back and forth with you typing on Microsoft word. Marotta’s a fancy building that over charges. You can find better. They can keep the money, I won’t return. And you shouldn’t either. I’m re doing my Botox elsewhere and so far so good. Plenty of qualified honest practices out there.
Respectfully, we do not feel this is an accurate description of how we provide care to our patients. We appreciate all of our patients who have taken the time to provide us with feedback. We sympathize with anyone who was not initially pleased with their treatment results, and we do everything in reason to support our patients until they are thrilled with their outcome.

BEWARE*** I purchased a package for Laser Hair removal of my upper lip. On the second treatment I was badly burned. I told the technician rather than going forward, being i was burned, I want a refund. Rather than refund me the whole amount they charged me $200 for the two treatments I had! Regardless of the fact that I did not acheive the results of hair removal and had to see a dermatologist for the burn scars on my upper lip. I'm in the process of disputting the charge with my credit card company as numersous phone calls to the office manager has been left unanswered. It's ridiculous this "professional" establishment is making me fight them for $200 after they were in the wrong.
