Je suis absolument ravie des résultats et de mon expérience de ma rhinoplastie ! Bien que je sois, pour le moment, à 9 jours. Dès la première consultation, le chirurgien, le Dr Gürhan Özcan a su comprendre tout de suite mes attentes et m'a expliqué tout ce que je pouvais attendre de cette intervention. Il possède des qualités humaines incontestables et très appréciables dans cette situation, ce qui a rendu toute l'expérience beaucoup plus facile. En particulier la traductrice qui se prénomme Dilek, qui parle parfaitement le français et qui a de grandes qualités d’accompagnement, de soutien et de conseils. Je dois aussi souligner les qualités d’organisation d’Affaf qui reste l’interlocutrice privilégié. Elle est réactive et ses réponses sont précises et rapide. Les différents transports entre la clinique et l’hôtel aussi que l’aéroport ont été parfaitement orchestré. Les effets postes opératoires ont été plus gênants que douloureux même et y compris pour l’enlèvement des fils et des tampons, grâce à la délicatesse du Dr Gürhan Özcan. Après l'opération, le suivi a été impeccable et mes questions ont toujours trouvé des réponses rapides. Mon nez est parfaitement harmonieux avec mon visage, tout en restant naturel. Cette intervention a véritablement renforcé ma confiance en moi. Je recommande vivement le Dr Gürhan Özcan, Dilek et Affaf à toutes les personnes qui hésitent encore.
