Despues de 9 meses de la operacion , tengo que decir que estoy muy contento con el resultado. Tanto el preoperatorio hecho con Marisa como la intervencion fue muy profesional.

Preoperatorio y postoperatorio inmediato genial, amables y buen servicio. El inconveniente es cuando en la revisión a los meses se habla de realizar retoque por esperar otro resultado estético. Ahí ya empiezan las largas..pasando meses sin saber de ellos y al volverlos a escribir te peden disculpas por la demora pero no solucionar nada ya que te dicen que lo gestionan y vuelven a pasar meses, siendo esto en varias ocasiones. Puedo entenderlo una vez pero que sean más de 3 ocasiones que te digan que lo gestionan y no sabes más de ellos en meses, parece más bien que tienen nulo interés. Muy decepcionado.

That's when the long waits begin... months go by without hearing from them, and when you write back, they apologize for the delay, but nothing is resolved, as they tell you they're handling it, and then months go by again, this has happened on several occasions. I can understand it once, but when they tell you they're handling it more than three times, and you don't hear from them again for months, it seems more like they have zero interest. Very disappointed.

Experiencia increíble. En septiembre me realice un injerto capilar, y desde el pre operatorio hasta el post operatorio el trato ha sido inmejorable, muy cercanos desde el primer momento, cuando me explicaron todo el proceso que tendría que seguir. Han pasado 6 meses y los resultados son increíbles, con ganas de que llegue el año y ver los resultados finales. Muchas gracias Marisa por todo. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Ya hace poco más de 1 año que me operé y estas son mis opiniones: Muy profesionales y cercanos desde el primer momento ,tanto en Zaragoza como en Bilbao. El post operatorio es muy completo, llevo más de 1 año operado y tengo cita el mes que viene así que siguen muy pendientes de ti además de la rápida recuperación, no se nota que me haya operado, no me ha quedado ninguna marca ni nada extraño y la zona donante está impecable, que es lo más importante por si a la larga necesitas otra operación. Los resultados han sido muy buenos, mi experiencia ha sido sobresaliente, lo recomiendo al 100%.
