My whole journey to getting my hairline transplant has been nothing short of sensational. I initially booked in on a previous date but due to work I had to rearrange the date with only weeks notice given. Zeeshan was absolutely understanding and booked me in for another date without issue. Throughout the process Zeeshan, Abhishek, Saima and Dr Zain talked me through what would happen and were very reassuring. Half way through the surgery Zeeshan asked me what I'd like for lunch and offered me a load of options which I decided on a Nandos. The meal was paid for by Monarch which I was seriously surprised by. This was a brilliant touch and made the process very personal. Once the transplant was completed they talked me through the aftercare process and gave me all the medication I'd need for a good recovery. Now, here is where Monarch absolutely excel. Their aftercare cannot be beaten. My head started to bleed around 8pm when everyone had gone home. Zeeshan and Saima without hesitation asked me if I could come straight back to the clinic even though they were now back home in Liverpool. They met me at the clinic in Chester and cleaned up the bleeding as a precaution. Stupidly over night I had knocked my head in my sleep and caused further bleeding. Again without hesitation they asked me to come back to the clinic where I met Abhishek who also came out of his way from Liverpool just to provide me with aftercare. I don't believe any businesses of any kind would give this level of personal aftercare. Getting a transplant from Monarch is a great experience and very reassuring. Thank you to all the staff.

I had my hair transplant with Monarch Hair Transplants yesterday. Everything about my whole experience from start to finish has been TRULY FANTASTIC. It was so far and above my expectations, I’m not sure how to put into words how GREAT the whole experience has been. I’ll try to do them justice and hope that this review can help others in a similar situation to me. I have been thinking about a transplant for years but was never convinced, however I started really looking into it a few months ago (mainly because my kids did not like my bald head after I finally shaved off the little hair I had left!) Initially, when doing research, I went down a rabbit hole of special offers and promises, guarantees and extras, procedure gobbledegook and all manner of sales tactics. I even visited several clinics all with their own ‘unique’ promises. The prices varied hugely, but after so much research I realised that they all do exactly the same thing! So, as long as you are confident in the skills/expertise of the doctors and staff, then that is by far the most important thing. That’s why I chose Monarch Hair Transplant Clinic. From the very first time I contacted the clinic, Zeeshan was absolutely great. He would answer calls or messages at any time and answered my questions with great detail and understanding - it helps that he too has had a hair transplant from the same team at Monarch. I spoke to him many times and went into all the options and visited him at the clinic. He actually got me very excited about what could be achieved and put my mind at rest. On the day of the transplant I was met by Zeeshan, he introduced me to Saima who was so lovely and reassuring. We completed all the forms, Saima talked me through the day with a clear voice of huge experience and kindness and confidence. She was truly fantastic all day, as was Abhishek who initially drew my new hairline with the care and precision you would expect of an artist! He is a top professional, friendly and warm and so knowledgeable, he was with me all day, along with Saima and Zeeshan and Dr Hamad. Dr Hamad started my treatment. What a brilliant man, extremely skilled, with gentle hands and constant checking/reassurance. I honestly feel like I spent the whole day with a truly unbelievable team of 4 who were with me and working on me together for 10+ hours. Nothing was too much trouble, they explained everything throughout and even got me my lunch of choice (KFC!) I genuinely don’t think there can be a better hair transplant experience. I am now sat at home at the end of my first recovery day. My head is a little sore but nothing more than that. I have medication from Dr Hamad and full instructions on aftercare. I was even back at the clinic earlier today as they asked me to come back in so they could check everything, Saima re-cleaned and re-dressed my head with her usual soft and caring consideration and was again, so lovely and reassuring as to how it all went. The aftercare is genuinely fantastic. I’ve also had several messages from Zeeshan checking in. My new hairline looks incredible and it hasn’t even started growing yet!….These guys have decades of experience between them, they have seen everything and know the hair transplant world inside and out. I can’t recommend them highly enough. And if that wasn’t enough, the price was fantastic too and includes PRP! If you’re thinking about making any enquiries into this, then you really need to contact this team. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I am so, so thankful I found this clinic! I hope this helps others to do the same.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, I was a little nervous going on the hair transplant journey, but everything was explained very professionally and dealt with ease, the procedure is not as scary as some may think. The staff are very experienced and well equipped for the job. The staff over the 2 days of my procedure took very close care of me, made sure I was happy with the procedure and the outcome I will strongly recommend anyone that suffers with hair loss to embark on the journey, it's worth thinking local. Close to home and don't need to think of travelling to Turkey The overall process for me was 10/10 Please use them, you won't regret it

Firstly I shall start with Zeeshan, what a great guy, always replying to every question I have so fast, nothing is ever too much trouble, hes very caring. Dr Hamad was really careful putting the local anaesthetic in my head, and kept asking if I was ok which was nice to hear. Abhishek and Saima were also amazing, everything they did was perfect, they are so good at their job. The whole process was painless apart from the needles (which were like when you experience them at the dentist but on your head) I even fell asleep twice haha. All the team are extremely nice and caring. I also had a good laugh and they were very friendly. I would recommend Monarch to anyone to get a hair transplant. Now playing the waiting game and hoping for great results. 10/10 for me, keep up the good work.
