I have had the pleasure of receiving treatment by both Dr Sílvia and Dr Carlos Martins Neves at My Face Clinic in Lisbon, and I couldn't be more grateful for the outstanding care I have received. Dr Silvia hasn't only fixed my bite, she has given me a new face which as a result has allowed me to regain a balanced posture just by fixing my severe teeth misalignment. The results are shocking: my gait has improved, my back and knee pain have gone. Dr Carlos has given me the nose I always dreamt of having. From the initial consultation all the way through surgery and post-op, I received personalized attention and genuine care. I always felt well informed and confident that I was in safe hands. The results far exceeded my expectations which were high already. Thanks to the skill and dedication of Dr Silvia and Dr Carlos, I can safely say I have recovered my self-esteem and confidence. I cannot end this review without mentioning the nursing and administrative staff who have always been attentive and kind, and have made my entire experience stress-free. Margarida, Filipe and Marta, my huge thanks. I have no regrets, other than I should have done it sooner! In short, wholeheartedly recommend Dr Sílvia and Dr Carlos to anyone seeking top quality medical care.

Uma decepção! Há cerca de 1 ano atrás marquei uma consulta nesta clínica, porque li boas opiniões sobre a clínica, mas parece que era tudo publicidade enganosa! Durante a primeira consulta correu tudo bem e o doutor ficou de marcar a data do transplante capilar. Só que depois disso o tempo foi passando e quando eu ligava para as recepcionistas elas arranjavam sempre desculpas para me fazerem.acreditar que o doutor ainda não tinha decidido nada por falta de tempo. Até que acabei desistindo porque passaram mais de 5 meses e já lá vai mais de um ano. Eu não sei qual o motivo de tamanha falta de honestidade profissional. Mas suponho que terá sido porque eu já tinha feito 3 transplantes de cabelo antes, na mesma zona, e o resultado estava longe de ser perfeito e precisava de pelo menos mais um transplante para o cabelo ficar com uma densidade quase normal. Penso que é aqui que estas clínicas erram. Prometem o que não conseguem cumprir. Acabei fazendo em outra clínica e o resultado ficou razoável, mas ainda assim longe da perfeição. Mas depois de 3 procedimentos decepcionantes eu já não estava a espera de um resultado perfeito. Estas clínicas mentem-nos descaradamente apresentando casos de pessoas famosas com transplantes perfeitos. Mas é uma mentira! Infelizmente eu tive de pagar 3 transplantes de cabelo para conseguir um resultado razoável. Enfim, a está clínica que me fez perder tanto tempo, eu até agradeço a falta de profissionalismo porque se calhar se tivessem feito o transplante o resultado teria sido pior. Mas eu pergunto: como uma clínica que se diz séria faz o cliente de parvo e não têm coragem para assumir que não quer fazer o transplante ????
Translated: Disappointing! About a year ago I made an appointment at this clinic because I read good reviews about it, but it turns out it was all false advertising! During the first appointment everything went well and the doctor was going to set a date for the hair transplant. However, after that time went by and when I called the receptionists they always made excuses to make me believe that the doctor hadn't decided anything yet due to lack of time. Until I ended up giving up because more than 5 months had passed and it's been more than a year. I don't know why there was such a lack of professional honesty. But I suppose it was because I had already had 3 hair transplants before, in the same area, and the result was far from perfect and I needed at least one more transplant for my hair to have an almost normal density. I think this is where these clinics go wrong. They promise what they can't deliver. I ended up having it done at another clinic and the result was reasonable, but still far from perfect. But after 3 disappointing procedures I was no longer expecting a perfect result. These clinics blatantly lie to us by presenting cases of famous people with perfect transplants. But it's a lie! Unfortunately I had to pay for 3 hair transplants to get a reasonable result. Anyway, this clinic made me waste so much time. I even appreciate their lack of professionalism because perhaps if they had done the transplant the result would have been worse. But I ask: how can a clinic that claims to be serious make a fool of its client and not have the courage to admit that they don't want to do the transplant????

Tive uma consulta e fiz uma sessão de Morpheus 8 com a Dra Cátia e super recomendo 👌🏻 além de profissional, só fez aquilo que achava necessário não tentando de forma alguma fazer mais tratamentos que o necessário. Ao contrário de todas as clínicas que já pedi avaliações, esta foi a única que me transmitiu confiança por não tentar impingir nada.

Conheci a Clínica através do instagram em Outubro 2024 e desde então comecei a seguir, principalmente Dr Raquel Bento pois eu tinha o sonho de fazer Rinoplastia e gostei muitos dos trabalhos da mesma, e agendei uma avaliação em Novembro. O atendimento da recepção é cordial, a Dr Raquel possui hard skills habilidades técnicas sendo específica da área de atuação, com está competência dentre outras qualidades eu me senti segura e escolhi a Dr para minha realizar meu sonho após avaliação e esclarecimentos agendei minha cirurgia 03/01. A cirurgia ocorre no hospital Cruz Vermelha tudo ótimo da entrada ao Hospital e saída, equipe médica tudo ! Obrigada My face Clinic. Obrigada Dr Raquel Bento .
