I second the last post in that this place has an amazing atmosphere—clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed. The service is outstanding, with professional and attentive staff. The entire experience was incredibly soothing which was especially appreciated with New York City's stressful lifestyle. My body ached and walked out feeling rejuvenated & brand new. Anne or Annie worked wonders! So much so that I brought a friend that I knew needed this experience. I agree with the previous post the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service. Elaine Chen was also amazing in showing care and concern for me and my hair. For guiding me, providing treatment plan, and took her time. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to others. I am truly grateful! I do not google reviews, this is my 1st one, but they certainly deserve it ! :-) I have been to another hair therapy place, but I like that this one is Chinese medicine based. This one felt top tier and professional. The other one was bootleg compared to this one.
