Totally true review. This is my first time having a complaint. I wasn't going to post a bad review. However, when I pointed out to my stylist the discrepancies, she said because I told her 3 weeks later it's "irrelevant". With a sew in if it's falling apart 3 weeks later how is that irrelevant? Now my experience: The appointment was pushed back an hour later which at first I didn't mind. I told her I was coming with the quick weave she previously installed. Well she was tugging at my hair in the shampoo bowl and said I should have done it at home. The other stylist was removing her customers QW with no issues. The install: I handed over about 5 bundles of hair. I ask her please use as much as possible. I usually get a few cornrows in the side with no leave out. She gives me weave with 1.5 bundles and leave out. I NEVER have leave out it's too much to maintain. In the middle of my appointment a customer comes in sits down and talks during my appointment. Now mind you my appointment was already pushed back an hour late. I didn't come and sit in anyone's appointment and I should have had the same privacy. I asked for crimps. Now she DID do a good job. But I knew once the crimps left the weave would be too thin. It was thin and very difficult to wear straight I tried for weeks. When I noticed the weave was not lasting after 3 weeks she said i should have said something. I did say something i told her i wanted more bundles when I was there. There was a customer that crashed my appointment so I didn't want to start an argument. A sew in should last 6 weeks. Very bad customer service that cost me $225.00 I could post messages for proof and maybe I will.

I am so happy I found this place! Noel did my haircut as well as henna on my eyebrows! The service was really great! Outside of her doing a wonderful job on my hair and eyebrows she was a lovely woman! Definitely recommend
