Loyal customer for more than 10 years. Have worn the same hair system for last 6 years. This one MELTED when I opened the oven. They won't make this right. Told me that I couldn't use a 375 degree oven with this HEAT RESISTANT system. Funny that I was baking cookies wearing last system which was a year old during the call! They need to figure out what is happening with their manufacturing process!!

BEWARE !!! I only give them 1 star so some kind of review will show. In Actual I would not give the any! The company I have been dealing with for over 20 years a has gone to the dogs! A three year old with a dull pair of scissors could style hair better! What was sent to me this last time a couple of weeks ago should be a crime! I have filed with the BBB and noticed there have been a number of complaints filed before me on this company. At this time I am trying to get a refund but my hopes are slim at best. I guess I will be going to Florida to file in court against this terrible company in my opinion!

I have ordered hairpieces for close to 20 years. The last custom piece I ordered was made with less hair and it looked like it was a stock base. They claim it was made from my old template .They're not the same as they used to be, before COVID. Terrible customer service I won't buy here again.

I have done business for years with these people, in the beginning the first system or two I got we're okay. However as time went on the systems we're becoming farther away from my original order specs, which never changed from day one as far as I have straight hair and color number 2. The last system I received from them could not have been more curly, of course I called to find out what happened and they told me that that's the way that system comes. I asked why would you send me curly hair when my order specs say I have straight hair, and again I was told that's the way that hair comes it was up to me to have it straightened. It is obvious this place is at the point where they will grab anything off-the-shelf throw it in a box and send it your way, good luck.
