Highly expensive and unprofessional staff. Just look at the owner's responses to some of the low ratings given. Can't even get people's names right. If the owner isn't professional, you know the staff are also lacking in this area. Highly suggest you take your time and money elsewhere.

Prices are ridiculous and can not be justified. Quality hair systems do not cost this much. I guarantee they pocket most of the money. I have no doubt that they do an excellent job, but there are other companies that can provide quality service for half of what this company charges. I know how desperate people are to get these services, so maybe try it for your first time, but as soon as you get it done, take the time to look at different companies.

People have choices … you chose not to visit my studio based on a price and very little information as o recall you ended the conversation quickly. I’d give Personal Image 10 stars if I could!! I was in Boston for the weekend and on a whim, I decided to contact a place looking for a new wig. In less than 24 hours, I was able to book an appointment, for 9:30 am on a Sunday morning!! Monica was so compassionate about my situation and very helpful with coming up with possible solutions for my hair loss resulting from surgery and subsequent radiation. Once she realized that she did not have anything in stock that I could go home with that day, she didn’t stop helping me and offering solutions. Knowing that it would be much easier for me to work with someone local to me, she suggested i work with a colleague of hers closer to where I live. She then offered to share her suggestions about my needs with her friend so that when I did make that appointment, her colleague would have a chance to get in stock solutions that would work for me. I ended up spending a hour and 1/2 with her this past Sunday and when I went to pay, she said there was no charge for the consultation. Monica is a class act and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

This salon is amazing. I went here after some terrible experiences at another business and it was the best decision ever. Monica is absolutely skilled and communicates professionally and effectively. She’s very fair with her prices and services. The environment is intimate and private. All of the other staff are also friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They work well as a team. My advice is to let them do their work because they absolutely know how to make you look good!
