It's been about 4-5 months since my surgery, and I'm already wearing my hair pulled back with a smaller forehead now! I'm so happy I got this surgery. I feel so much more confident as a female. Sharon and her staff were very hospitable and kind during the process. 10 out of 10 recommend physicians hair Institute way over "Bosley" where they aren't so professional and don't have physicians run the consultations making Bosley very sales oriented and not personalized.

Dr Keene and he staff are magicians. Not to go into too much detail for my privacy, but they made me feel very comfortable while having some procedures. They continued to make sure I was relaxed, in no pain or discomfort and informed on exactly what they were doing, when they were doing it and once completed. I had a consultation with Dr. Keene, and she seemed very honest and knowledgeable. She prescribed me medication, and a year later, I reached out for a refill. Despite calling multiple times and leaving messages, no one ever returned my calls. I also tried emailing the office to express my frustration, but it seems they didn't care, as they didn't bother responding to my email.

Having hair restoration surgery is still the best decision that I have ever made in my life! Dr. Keene has impressed me from the first day that I met her. She does incredible work and takes extreme care of her patients! The results that I have gotten even with my fine hair are amazing and I could not be happier.
