I am currently 10 months post operation and a bit disappointed. Updated with photo for progress 1 year post operation - all prior commentary still applicable. The progress has been negligible. Loren is a good person and the entire staff was fantastic to work with. They have been understanding and reactive to my disappointment which has been appreciated. Unfortunately though, the picture that was painted during the consult has not yet come to reality. In hindsight, my expectations (which were rooted in the consult), were likely too high. So, I write this to ensure others know to temper expectations. I was informed that I would likely lose more hair and need another procedure. I understood that to be years down the road, but the reality is that I began to lose more hair 5-6 months post operation. Loren believes it is because I had been using Rogaine for 8-10 years and then stopped after the procedure. Therefore, I'd recommend stopping products like Rogaine several months before the procedure. Post operation, I followed the recommended care steps religiously, begin taking Nutrafol daily, used a Nutrafol shampoo and had 2 bioton boosts (1 IV & 1 shot). Doing the above, did not result in monumental gains but has likely prevented further loss, but that is hard to quantify. In the end, I am not saying don't do the procedure, just be sure to temper your expectations and understand that it might not work. I have no complaints about Loren or the staff. As stated above, the staff was fantastic

Robert is the lead craftsman with 25 years of experience. Sonya is an excellent aid in the process, helping with all stages. I've been a client of Regency SPA since they opened over 15 years ago. My family and I have had multiple procedures completed there with better than expected results i.e. PRP injections, BBL Treatments, Facials, Massages etc. More specifically I had a series PRP injections in my head to regenerate hair growth and was extremely pleased. Those lasted a number of years, however as we age there is a little more hair loss and I went back to explore some additional injections. There I met Loren Comitor the director for the Hair Restoration division a relatively new division (3-4 years old) where they take hair restoration to the next level by performing Hair Transplants. After a thorough consultation with Loren we decided the best solution would be a 2,250 graph hair transplant mostly in the front. I had the procedure done on August 22, 2024 and the process went better than expected. Loren himself has over 30 years experience and the hair technicians over 20 and you couldn't have had a nicer or more experienced crew than the 5 or so people that assisted with the procedure throughout the day as the process takes about 7 hours. I'm 3 weeks out as I write this and results do take 4-9 months. I do want to report that I've had no swelling, infection or any sort of complications since the procedure. I couldn't be more pleased at this point and will come back with pictures and an update in a few months. Don't hesitate to go see Loren and see if he can help you.

Loren and team made the process comfortable and I felt little to no pain during the procedure. They were able to do some temple area restoration well, it looks very natural the final result. They also had a very fair price and good customer service. I would recommend Loren and team for your hair restoration needs.

The whole process was easy, and rather painless. When I had my first consult with Loren, he explained everything throughly, and showed me what he recommended me to do for my hair loss. I didn't feel any pressure, but he showed care, and reassurance in what I would to expect when I come in for treatment. The day of treatment, I came early morning, and left in the afternoon. I didn't really have any pain throughout the procedure. As for after, I followed the after care, and again, very painless, and minimal discomfort. It's been over a year now since I went in for treatment, and I am so incredibly happy with the results! I 100% recommend Loren, and his team for any of your hair loss needs. He makes everything so easy, and is upfront about everything. I would absolutely go back in the future if I would get extra work done!
