Made an appointment. Confirmed appointment. Went at scheduled time. Waited 20 minutes past appointment time. Several employees there walking past me those 20 minutes. No one spoke to me. I went to front desk and asked if they forgot about me and was told we are trying to call the esthetician and just now got ahold of her and she lives very far away. Really?! You weren’t going to tell me that and apologize profusely and ask me if I had time to wait and wait and wait? How unprofessional. Not a place I trust nor want to do business with.
