Hi this is Dr. Ross. I've never seen a patient by this name. There was someone with a similar sounding name that was a younger man in his 20's. I recommended that he have a hair transplant surgery to replace his extensive hair loss and take finasteride to prevent further loss. He declined both of these options. Instead, he chose to have a non-surgical treatment, which is not always as effective or impressive. He never came into the office for a follow up appointment, so I have no idea if the procedure actually helped him or not. Assuming this is the patient in question, he is always welcome to come into my office so that I may assess what he is referring to. Hopefully he does so, as my intention is to make every single patient that I see happy with my services. My ratings are high because my team and I provide excellent services. This patient was offered a 2500 graft surgery to fix the recessed portions of his hairline and to fill his crown. I sent a prescription for a 1 year supply of finasteride to the Costco on Fenton Parkway for him on 3/15/23, which he never picked up. I spoke with him on the phone on 11/24/23 and answered his questions and asked if he would like to come in for a follow up. He declined this as well. I would be very happy to have him come in for a follow up appointment, if he is not currently deployed. There is no way for me to actually assess his results if he does not show me what they look like.
