If you are a Hair stylist looking for a place to work or train this is not the place to grow or build a successful business. After being a salon owner for 8 years in SC I leased a suite at this salon for 1 year to relocate my business closer to downtown charlotte. The lease was breached in 7 1/2 months due to the owners business hardship. The owner lacks integrity, professionalism, honesty, compassion, and business ethics. This is not a personal issue but how business was handled. The few days we worked together the salon was a positive environment. During my time in the salon I was made aware from state board when they came in that the owner did not have the proper licensing to do business and failed to report that a new stylist was in the salon which could have affected my business tremendously. I was made aware by the building owner/ manager that they were concerned about my salon equipment in the salon because many unfamiliar faces were coming into the salon during very strange hours (after business hours). The security code I was given was not effective in covering my equipment as I was told during the interview. In fact, it never covered anything. There are several other things I will not discuss. But have documented proof of everything stated in this review. Negotiations were attempted but only benefited and accommodated her and not the inconvenience of my business. Due to all the misinformation in the beginning, when negotiating the contract, I asked for proof of the new terms which she failed to provide so I did not agree When I did not agree to the new terms of the contract she instructed me to leave twice "by the end of the week" which I ended up doing. She lacked compassion when it came to me finding a new location for my business, the time needed to notify my clients, and the unexpected expenses the breach in contract caused my business. Ask questions, do your research, & ask for proof of everything before working in this salon.

Jasmin Mone provided me an experience beyond my expectations! The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. She explained everything that she was doing to my hair and scalp as she went along. The steam treatments were everything! I really appreciate that she is not a typical stylist but also a specialist that helps treat hair and scalp conditions. I will be back again!
