Experiencia nezasta con esta clínica , me operé hace 4 años allí , ni casi te saludan. Pedí un préstamo para poder ir , me operaron en una sala que parecía que iban a quitarme un Riñón . A lo que voy , el médico está solo para cobrarte , te dice tres cosas y luego te metes en la sala donde solo te dicen que digas stop cuando te hagan daño ....no vi ningún resultado , es más se me callo más , la autoestim me la dejaron destrozada , llevo 4 años con ansiedad ...voy a operarme para que me rehagan el destrozo, y pienso denunciarlos y que me devuelvan el dinero , sino tengo un canal de Youtube y redes para hacer fuerza y que no estafen a más gente .

CUIDADO GENTE!!! Esta empresa es un fraude. Ozán el intérprete me ha engañado llevándome a otra clínica que no es sanantur. Menos mal que la cosa me olía mal y llame a sanantur para explicarle, lo cual se quedaron flipado al enterarse de que el intérprete me quería derivar a otra compañía. Descubrí todo el pastel y sanantur ni siquiera sé a dignado a solucionarme el problema de esta gran estafa. He perdido 500€ del billete a Turquía, porque viajaría con mi mujer. Y sanantur no se dignan a darme respuestas. El comercial Joan solo sabe darme capotazos y esquivar. A mi me han estafado. Yo me hice hace 3 años el primer transplante con ellos, y todo muy bien. Pero sanantur ya no es lo que era. CUIDADO, REPITO!!! Aunque te lo pinten bien, NO LOS CREAS!!!

Me hice un trasplante capilar en Turquía con ellos en Noviembre de 2020 debido a que un conocido se lo había hecho con esta empresa y parecía de fiar. El previo y cuando contactas con ellos, en principio, bien, te cuentan bastantes cosas, te lo venden como que va ser increíble, etc.. La experiencia allí y la atención fue buena en general, excepto que el doctor principal lo único que hizo durante el día de la operación fue cobrar el resto del dinero, "hacer" el diseño sin preocuparse demasiado, y luego la operación la realizaron entre un hombre y una mujer de su equipo médico supongo, solo lo volví a ver para quitarme la protección de la zona donante al día siguiente y ya. A partir de ahí, el "seguimiento" posterior, al principio mas o menos estaban atentos, tardaban en contestar más de lo que para mi gusto deberían, y con el paso de los meses, eso se fue incrementando, dando respuestas escasas y diciendo que iba bien cuando no es lo que parecía, y a los 6-7 meses dejaron de contestarme y, me bloquearon. Supongo que como vieron que no iba bien el proceso, se lavaron las manos.

No solo por el precio sino principalmente porque me ofrecían soluciones que en los otros Centros no. Al final parece que acerté, aunque el resultado final no se verá hasta dentro de un año, lo que si puedo valorar es la atención ofrecida. La persona de contacto en España, RAFAEL, no solo te facilita todos los detalles de la intervención y las relaciones con el personal médico, sino que te ayuda con rutas y lugares que visitar en Estambul. El personal médico y ayudantes son jóvenes y muy profesionales, están pendientes durante toda la intervención de las necesidades que puedas tener y resuelven tus dudas. Y, a pesar de la distancia, hacen un seguimiento de la evolución de la intervención. En definitiva y, a espera del resultado final, estoy satisfecho por haberles elegido.
