On m’a détruit les ongles d’une main avec une dépose de semi-permanent. J’avais 3 ongles à vif qui ont saigné pendant la prestation. Cela fait 4 mois et mes ongles ne sont toujours pas remis, j’ai eu des croûtes et des douleurs pendant des mois… je ne recommande absolument pas ce salon.

Avevo un massaggio prenotato, che mi chiedono di posticipare di 15 minuti ed accetto con gentilezza. Per motivi personali ho avuto 15' di ritardo rispetto all'orario concordato perciò chiamo per scusarmi e per chiedere se fosse ancora possibile fare il trattamento o se fosse stato meglio rimandare a domani. Quello che penso sia il titolare mi risponde in modo estremamente aggressivo, dicendomi che "persone come me è meglio che non si presentino a negozio" e trattandomi con totale maleducazione. Assolutamente zero professionalità e rispetto nei confronti di una persona che sarebbe potuta diventare un nuovo cliente. Sconsiglio fortemente.
