Poor communication in the interactions I have had. Stop calling the pharmacy right before they close and are filling more important prescriptions than minoxidil. Wait at least 30 minutes after faxing an rx the call the pharmacy as well as they cannot give an estimated time without it being data entered.

I recently went in for my second FUT procedure last week on the 16th of April. My first procedure was in September of 2020. I was very happy with the results of the first procedure. Although it's too soon to see the results from the second procedure, I'm confident that they will be just a positive as the first procedure the hair grows back. Both times the surgeon in charge of the operation was Dr. Ron Shapiro. He is an artist when it comes to hair transplant. He really seems to genuinely care about producing the best possible cosmetic post operation outcome/results. Matt is their consoler/coordinator in interviewing the patient and recommending the best possible course for setting up future appointments and procedures. He is very knowledgeable in figuring out what will be the best course of action for producing the best possible outcome for the patient. Overall, the entire staff at Shapiro Medical Group is just awesome. To anybody reading this, I would highly recommend this facility for any hair-transplant procedures you may be considering. And if Dr. Ron Shapiro is reading this; I wish you the best in Morocco. I hope you meet your Ingrid Bergman in Casablanca.
