I am giving Kelly ( the PA) , at Shino Bay the highest rating possible.She has done many injections, laser treatments, and a few other procedures on me. Kelly will give you an honest opinion on your requests. She is like an artist, that can create a vision of you looking your best. She doesn't try to upsell you on procedures that you might not need. She will work with you on what you are trying to achieve. She is very caring and compassionate. When you have a more difficult procedure, she checks on you, and keeps in touch by phone , follow-up visits, and pictures, for your post treatment recovery. I also want to give kudos to Dawn, Jake, Dr. Soros, Dr. Aguillara, and their team of assistants. You will be in great hands here.

What a disaster! I look like I went through several rounds with Mohammad Ali. After 20 years of Botox injections, this is a first. I’ve always used a Doctor for injections. I made a big mistake trusting this place for a small under-eye touch-up. I will stick with the pros in the future. I received your response and it seems theres no place to respond back so I will continue here. I in NO WAY declined any help and for you to BLAME me is absurd and insulting. I guess LUCK (using a medically qualified doctor) was on my side UNTIL I attended your facility.
Shirley, Our medical team, in doing their follow up calls to patients this morning, explained that you were upset and not willing to accept any guidance or feedback from our medical professionals to assist and/or answer any questions you may have had to help with your bruising. Therefore, Dr. Aguilera, our medical director and world-renowned speaker and trainer, which certifies him as a PRO in our industry, states "these are blind procedures, and we don't have x-ray vision. There is a100% chance for bruising in delicate areas. We do everything in our power to prevent this. It could be vitamins, supplements, blood pressure and many other contributing factors. We understand it can be bothersome for patients, and we always strive to prevent this, but 20 years of avoiding this is miraculous and we find that you are luckier than most". We do have ways of speeding up recovery from bruising, which was being offered when you abruptly cut off my medical staff and ended the phone call. Even in these times of stress and frustration, we understand and still welcome you into the office to receive help. Our doors are always open, and we would love nothing more than for you to accept our guidance in this matter.
