After several years of research I opted SM hair for my surgery. I lost hair on both crown and mid area. The surgery was smooth and I was planted 5850 grafts. It was a massive surgery. Many people told me that the crown area would not succeed but If you check the photos you will see how thick it is. All in all, A+ Hospital, highly experienced medical team, great follow up. Amazing Result by SM Hair I started experiencing hair loss at the age of 21, and over time, my hairline began to recede noticeably. I tried several treatments, including Minoxidil and PRP, which initially showed promising results. However, both required ongoing commitment, and once I stopped using them, my hair loss progressed again. My receding hairline and increasingly large forehead started to affect my self-esteem, and I knew I needed a more permanent solution. That’s when I decided to undergo a hair transplant. After doing some research and getting a recommendation from a friend, I chose SM Hair for my procedure. They assessed my condition thoroughly and recommended the best approach for my case. I underwent an Ice FUE / Micro Sapphire hair transplant for hairline restoration, during which approximately 3,000 grafts were extracted. One of my main concerns was over-harvesting. It may sound obsessive, but I personally counted every extraction done with the micromotor. When they reached exactly 3,000 grafts, they stopped, which gave me a lot of reassurance. Another concern I had was achieving a natural-looking hairline. I wanted single grafts placed in the first and second rows, and the team addressed this by carefully categorizing the grafts into singles, doubles, and triples. The chief surgeon performed the incisions, and now, looking at the result, I can confirm that the angles and placement look completely natural. I returned to the hospital the next day for a post-op check and my first hair wash. The medical team checked on the healing process and gave me clear instructions for aftercare. The first 10 days went smoothly—I wasn’t in pain at all. The only discomfort was having to sleep on my back (I’m usually a side sleeper), but after 10 days, I could sleep and shower normally again. Seeing the new hairline I had been missing for years was very exciting. Of course, I was aware that the transplanted hairs would fall out a few weeks later as part of the shock loss phase, so I was mentally prepared for that. During the first couple of months, it even felt like things looked worse than before the surgery—but I knew this was part of the process. By the third month, I began to see new hair growth, which was incredibly encouraging. At the six-month mark, I was already very happy with the results, and the density continued to improve. Now, 15 months post-op, I can confidently say that I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome. I’m truly glad I chose SM Hair. Sonrasında kararlaştırıp ekim işlemini gerçekleştirdik. O kadar harika geçti ki tarif edemem. İşlemde sadece lokal anestezi de ufak bir ağrı hissediyorsunuz geri kalan işlemde en ufak bir şey hissetmiyorsunuz. Ekim sırasında ekip işinde profesyonel ve çok samimi ortam.
