So I was recommended by old friend back in 2014 I was misdiagnosed by hospital saying I had crohns when I didn't, I lost all my hair literally nothing. Due to all the emotions I deleted all my pics when I didn't have any hair. I went to Steven, within 6 months my hair grew back. I did start a negligence claim due to divorce I stopped the claim only just now restarted the claim in 2024. Now remarried been with partner coming up to 8 years, going through old receipts I have to say thank to Steven lily and the team how they looked after me this place is amazing I don't think Steven and lily will remember me wish they do because they were incredible thank you. The pictures are of now present 2024 and 2025 x

Also shared a bad experience at this place. Made me wait for ages before my appointment. The trichologist barely assessed my scalp, a lot of talking rather than assessing client needs. I do not recommend. After having liaised with other professionals, they advised there’s a better way to carry out an assessment. Basically charged an extortionate amount something you can be advised in 15 minutes for free.
I have no idea who you are and why you are leaving a review. This should be removed by Google. You have the wrong clinic.

Me and my mother went to see Steven on Friday 15th of November 2024 and the consultation went horribly Steven only wanted to hear himself speak did not let me and my mother explain ourselves or give are opinions or even ask questions just wanted the 250 consultation money which other private clinics do for free so I advice any one is reading this to go to the Belgravia clinic free consultation and other ones me and my mother got serious hair loss issues Steven repeatedly told us does he does not care all he cared about was us using hair oils Steven is very arrogant robbed us for are money bad advice bad service only one man no other additional staff while we were there I saw another review of Steven making a lady do a blood test and never taking about it again just making her buy his expensive creams just wants money and to hear himself talk and be arrogant would not recommend Steven is not a loyal doctor and claims to be in the business for 60 years but he’s probably not even over 50
Thank you for taking the time to give feedback back. I must admit I find your comments extremely rude and incorrect. I would not share your condition with others as this would be unprofessional and illegal. But what I will say is this. You and your daughter have a scalp and hair loss condition which you have had all your lives. No one to date has managed to solve the issue. This as I understand it involved many visits to other clinics. The consultation was conducted where I informed you of what you are suffering from. However, as discussed there is a need for further investigation. I asked you to collect hairs etc so I can examine in a week. As stated the follow up is free. I’m addition I advised You to purchased from A pharmacy some products to Start You on the recovery. I fully explained the condition and the reasons why this is occurring and how to deal with it at home. I will add that from the very start your attitude was that you knew more Than me and no matter what I said it was wrong. Perhaps rather than reacting in such a negative way you would take the time to do what I say and you will see that I am correct. I wish you well.

I have been treated a couple of times at The Holborn Clinic and have been pleasantly surprised every time. Going in I was not expecting much as I have tried a few different treatments on my scalp and nothing has helped however since going to The Holborn Clinic I have seen a massive difference. I have been treated by a lovely lady called Helen who is very bubbly and super friendly. She made me feel comfortable and we also had a laugh whilst having my treatment done. Will definitely be going back for more treatment.

I went to see Steven’s as I wasn’t sleeping due to my itchy scalp. Steven made some suggestions which significantly helped calm my scalp at night and I manage to sleep a few more hours. Though the problem hasn’t completely gone away I’m pleased that I saw Steven’s and continue to take his advice. I hope things will continue to improve.

Got to the bottom of the issue eventually but the appointment itself was overly tedious and unpleasant. Just too condescending and dismissive at every turn in a way that wasn't helpful at all. Not sure it was worth the £150.

So glad I discovered this clinic! Amazing customer service, Ed clearly knows what he is talking about and the results to my scalp have improved drastically. Couldn't recommend enough!!
