I can keep on talking about Natalie for hours. She is a brilliant lady, I came to know about this studio and Natalie through google. As and when i read all the positive reviews i called initially to get the appointment, unfortunately they said they are not accepting new clients for next couple of months. I was bit disappointed, but luckily Natalie called me back in 2 days and scheduled initial consultation. I went for initial consultation and there i met this gem of a person Natalie. After talking to Natalie the way she responded and explained about the procedure and how she boosted my confidence level 200% i cant explain in words. she promised me that she would change my life and yes she did it. After i got my new hair system i really couldnt believe what i was seeing in the mirror. All of sudden i couldnt believe what just happend in last 90 minutes, my life has changed there, reason is Natalie. my new look was amazing and it was so real and natural. Her analysis about the hair selection was just brilliant. she has given me a new life i am extremely happy with the way she moulded me. My confidence, happiness just sky rocketed. she has lots of experience and knowledge on this. After looking at a few options for hair replacement, I chose Studio 4:13, and I couldn’t be happier. Natalie is an accomplished hair care professional, but it’s her knowledge and experience with this system that absolutely sets Studio 4:13 above everything else. From construction, fit, color, and durability, Studio 4:13 has given me a hair system that mimics my original natural hair is the most believable way. I was initially worried it would look fake, that I would struggle with maintaining it, and that I would be sorry I shaved what little hair I had off my head. It’s been a year since I’ve started with Studio 4:13 and I have a customized unit that looks phenomenal and is secure on my head, which is no easy feat as I work outside every day. In short, I couldn’t be happier with my decision, Natalie and her Team, or the actual hair replacement system. It has changed my life for the better both physically and mentally, and I highly recommend checking out Studio 4:13 prior to making any decision regarding hair loss.

8/29/20 Update - Welcoming & thanking newly promoted Lead Stylist, Alma, for her excellent service skills & engaging, positive demeanor. I think it's great that my 5 star update review falls exactly in line with all of the other great reviews this place gets & truly deserve all of the kudos. Alma's fading/blend techniques are some of the best I've seen, period! My style can range from traditional, to extremely challenging/trendy - & just like Natalie - Alma is able to listen to my request, consult, & deliver an excellent, non-rushed result each time. I think this is a combination of Alma's inherent skill set, but also the 4:13 training program, which is one of - perhaps the most - thorough training program that I have ever observed giving me unusually found confidence toward the entire staff of stylists (I can't remember the last time I observed a training program that instilled immediate credibility toward an entire team). From ownership to staff, they all have knowledge of my file (they create & review confidential notes with your ideal (organic) products.formula specifics & techniques. The self touch up tutorials & provided kit have taken care of any circumstance with continuing/evolving education specific to me & patiently contributed to by each staff member. It is so comforting knowing everyone at 4:13 is equally passionate about my hair situation (no matter the situation) & have the adverse skills & tricks to get me through my various style challenges with superb & undetectable results. I love that I can visit with different staff members and not experience a drop in service or lack of intimate knowledge, to the contrary feels like they had a meeting about me prior to each of my sessions as the staff is overly prepared for my needs upon arrival. I have sent a handful of referrals covering a wide range of ages from very young to seasoned & everyone comes away so absolutely pleased (& happy with me for the reference). Anyone familiar with this market will know these can be extremely expensive solutions, 4:13 offers best value/affordability by far - especially when considering this studio provides top results bar none (again the best/most realistic solution me/my peers found after many combined years of searching). Thanks again Studio 4:13 - love, love, love what you guys are doing for me and my folks' lives <3 7/30/20 - This team & product have saved my social & business confidence with the ART they perform. The team feels more like friends too. Was ready to give up after nearly a year of repeat disappointing results from several of the other national/local solutions available combined with the shame felt in the mounting/wasted costs. Then I met Natalie & team & it all changed! I did have to wait to initially get in tho Natalie was so empathetic & did her best to keep the wait short as possible - I'm so glad I was patient. I am not yet in my permanent hair solution (they will explain permanent vs initial solutions), but even her initial solutions are a complete game changer - be prepared to walk out feeling like a new person with a non-detectable & premium styled quality look, feel & styled haircut (she can do anything from standard to outside of the box styles).
