Bad scheduling. I made an appointment days in advance and received numerous reminders of my appointment time. 40 minutes before the actual appointment, I got a text asking if I can come in 45 minutes later than scheduled. I could not due to childcare arrangements. I asked what time they advise I come in, they said 45 minutes later, then said they could not guarantee timing at all. They offered a virtual consultation instead, which did not work for me as I was on the move. So I had to cancel this appointment, which I made 10 days prior, on a last minute notice.
