I recently had a hair transplantation and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the very beginning, the consultation was incredibly informative. Dr Antigoni was amazing, her calm demeanor and reassuring nature helped ease every fear I had. Her empathy and experience made me feel like I had a close friend guiding me through the process. During the procedure, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Dr Antigoni carefully explained each step, took photos, and precisely marked where the hair would be transplanted. The procedure itself was completely painless, including the application of topical anesthesia. Throughout, she continuously checked on me, making sure I was comfortable and even offering cake and coffee during breaks to keep my energy up. The surgeon was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, a true professional who prioritizes patients as people first. From a medical perspective, the clinic uses the most advanced hair transplantation techniques, ensuring the safety and precision of the procedure. I was amazed at how precise they were, with no noticeable hemorrhage or complications. I highly recommend Swiss luxury clinic for anyone considering a hair transplant. La clinique est propre, offre un suivi, les conditions sanitaires sont bonnes et les médecins qui y travaillent ont, je le pense, une réelle volonté de bien faire. Toutefois et c’est regrettable, cette clinique propose des traitements qu’elle n’est pas ou tout du moins pas complètement en mesure de réaliser. En effet, comme j’avais une calvitie importante, j’ai choisi cette clinique car elle me proposait un traitement en 2 étapes pour recouvrir entièrement mes zones dégarnies et se portait garante du résultat. J’ai donc effectué une première intervention en 2021 dont le résultat après une année s’est avéré extrêmement décevant. La clinique a donc accepté de réaliser une 2ème opération gratuite qui soi-disant, me donnerait un résultat excellent… Malheureusement, même après cette 2ème intervention, le résultat demeure extrêmement décevant comme vous pouvez le constater sur les 2 photos jointes au présent commentaire (première photo avant les interventions et 2ème après…). Des suites de cela et malgré ma déception, j’ai essayé de trouver une solution financière amiable à ce préjudice me rendant compte que cette clinique ne sera pas en mesure de me donner un résultat correct à prix décent malgré sa promesse initiale de garantie de résultat mais en vain. Moralité de cette histoire, réfléchissez bien avant de faire appel à cette clinique! Les résultats n’étant jamais garantis vous risquez une mauvaise surprise financière voire même morale. J’ai dépensé un montant considérable pour un résultat extrêmement faible et je le regrette amèrement aujourd’hui…

However, and this is regrettable, this clinic offers treatments that it is not, or at least not completely, able to carry out. Indeed, as I had significant baldness, I chose this clinic because it offered me a 2-step treatment to completely cover my bald areas and guaranteed the result. I therefore carried out a first intervention in 2021, the result of which after one year proved to be extremely disappointing. The clinic therefore agreed to carry out a 2nd free operation which supposedly would give me an excellent result... Unfortunately, even after this 2nd intervention, the result remains extremely disappointing as you can see in the 2 photos attached to this comment (first photo before the interventions and 2nd after...). As a result of this and despite my disappointment, I tried to find an amicable financial solution to this damage realizing that this clinic will not be able to give me a correct result at a decent price despite its initial promise of guaranteed results but in vain. Moral of this story, think carefully before calling on this clinic! As the results are never guaranteed, you risk a bad financial or even moral surprise. I spent a considerable amount for an extremely poor result and I bitterly regret it today...
