If I could give this 10 stars I would! I went to see Matt at the Egan Clinic in Colchester after being diagnosed with Alopecia and the NHS failing to provide a clinic. Matt recommended a course of steroid injections over a 3 month period. He was so accommodating, great reminder texts helped too 😃 I had treatment to my 2 worst areas and it has worked brilliantly. My hair growth is think and fluffy and I feel so much more confident. The clinic it’s self is clean, welcoming and I would definitely recommend anyone who is going through this to speak to Dr Egan. Thank you so much for giving me my confidence back! You are an absolute star! ⭐️

Excellent experience. From the outset, Dr Matt and his team were great. Everything was explained clearly and regular communication took place between my consultation and day of the procedure. All questions were answered in full and without delay. On the day of the procedure, Dr Matt and the team were welcoming and professional, putting me an ease from the start. It was clear that everyone was well-versed in their role, which I found very reassuring. Throughout the procedure, the team were engaging and constantly checked on my wellbeing. Recovery time required was minimal and I went back to work within the week. Even after 2 weeks it’s looks good. I would definitely recommend Dr Matt and his team. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.

10/10- fantastic team and a fantastic result, highly recommended. If your thinking of having this procedure done then Dr Matt and his team are your people! Felt at ease on the day with the professional approach and care that was given, the procedure went really well. Come back the next day to have a hair wash and whilst stepping out of the car I stupidly grazed my head and ripped out many grafts. Within minutes the team rushed me back into theatre, immediately put me at ease and replaced the grafts as best they could that were still salvageable. Thanks to the quick response they still implanted even though the chances were probably slim. Many thanks to them.
