This place is run by a husband and wife duo and at first it seems like a very professional place, the building they rent out is very impressive and the quote seemed reasonable, especially when performed by a surgeon. If you look at the reviews you'll see the surgeon does not perform the entire procedure, the reviews are for all sorts not just hair transplants. After meeting the owners I really wouldn't be surprised if they paid for their 5 star reviews. In my case on the day of meeting the surgeon they pushed the price up by 40% and said it was because they made a mistake with how long it would take. It's worth noting that I'd had a quote after a video consultation and a 1.5 hour face to face consultation before this. The building is nice and the woman on reception was very friendly though so I thought that deserved a couple of stars. ** Also I would read the other negative reviews here and on trustpilot as I think I dodged a bullet.

From my very first interaction the whole team has been very supporting and helpful. I had booked an in person consultation to discuss my concerns, the process went smoothly. Upon arrival i was greeted by very friendly staff and can i say wow, what an amazing atmosphere to be in! i had all my questions answered in my consultation and learnt a lot more about my hair loss and medications. i would definitely recommend The Hair Dr to those like me who have been on edge and want that extra dedicated support

It has been 14 months since my hair transplant now and I have been waiting to leave this review for a while but now I feel like it is the right time. Overall I would not recommended this clinic and would look elsewhere. On arrival the staff are lovely and friendly. Although I was sold the hair transplant as if it was going to be the doctor performing the task and it turned out to be 2 women who were trained for the whole time. Halfway through my procedure I noticed the doctor was in for about 5 minutes then left the room and didn’t return. I told my mum about this and she went and complained and then suddenly he appears back in the room spent 5 minutes on my hair again and disappeared. I spent a lot of money and ended up being more expensive when I arrived. The transplant has turned out to be a lot thinner on one side of my head to the other because one woman was more experienced than the other. Also, before I arrived they requested to move my hair transplant to the next day and I couldn’t so I assume they double booked and he was in the room with the other patient. Don’t get me wrong they are lovely people but I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a quality hair transplant as it is unlikely the doctor will be performing the task.

Please be aware this clinic is not what it seems. Check the other bad reviews before you choose to proceed with this clinic. They will prey on your vulnerabilities and then add up to 40% onto the original agreed price and then after confronting them they will withdraw the offer. I have no doubt they will respond with a reply to this review but please do your research and check the reviews before visiting this clinic.
