COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND COMMON DECENCY. I scheduled my first appointment a week in advance on a Wednesday at 3pm. I showed up 15 min early and nobody was there. I figured it was partially my fault because I didn't confirm. I called over and over and there was no answer and the voicemail was full. I went home and called later on, the lady finally answered and she was very apologetic and acted so surprised that this happened, and said she would take care of me personally next time. I scheduled for the following Wednesday at the same time. The following Tuesday I called to confirm, no answer. Called this morning to confirm, (day of appt) and she answered and said we're on for 3pm. I showed up and AGAIN nobody was there. I called repeatedly and her phone was off. I kept calling and it finally started to ring but still no answer. Finally I called and she rejected it and texted me asking if I can call later. I am beyond furious and wasted my money on 4 uber rides there and back and I don't live close. DO NOT GO HERE
Death in family, will be back to Charlotte Fri. The murder happens Wed at 9am. Client was accommodated at no charge

Long story short, Allison is the truth! The most satisfied I’ve ever been with any styles I’ve ever gotten professionally done. I’ve lived in Cleveland since August and have been searching high and low for a quality hair salon with reasonable prices. I am so glad that I got in touch with Hair Extensions. When I called, Allison was very patient and answered all of my questions. I’m a huge fan of thoroughness and decided to give her a try. I walked into the shop at 6:15 and walked out at 8:30 with a washed head , fully sewn weave with a bob cut. I told her what I wanted and she nailed it. Allison was very professional and just knew what she was doing. I absolutely love my hair. For a woman who’s been wearing a weave her entire life and also knows how to install weaves, I have to say this is the most official weave I’ve ever had and I am just walking around looking so put together. And the price was fair! I’m more than satisfied.

Lady charged me $400 for a regular sew in . I would never go back . Everyone in other hair shops said she got over on me for charging me so much for a regular sew in . I think she only charged me this much because I told her it was my first time . Which it wasn’t !Just wanted to see how she would be ! NEVER AGAIN ! really charged me $400 .
So sorry to hear that you feel like the salon (The Lady).......got over on you, Ty Ty.......We have packages, 200$,300$, 400)$.......packages with the hair included 2-3 Bundles.....we charge $150 for a traditional install, that’s with a little leave out...Therefore, the install looks natural........Not sure when your services were provided, but had you had any complaints about the install or the services........You did not have to pay a dime, customer satisfaction is number one........We have been in business for many, many years........Hair Extensions are not cheap, there expensive...especially when you talking about length.......We are not the cheapest salon, nor the most expensive.....However, we do quality work guaranteeing your install will last two months. However, you do have to take care of it at home, comb it everyday and wrap it at night........If there is anything that we can do to make things right, other than the price........We will be more than happy to accommodate you....Management.
