I literally just had a hair transplant today with Dr Kwak and his team. The moment I first came here was over a year ago and they took the time to show me the entire office and have a free consultation. After I saved up the money 1 year later I went ahead and got the transplant. Compared to everywhere else I've researched and gone too this location was the most personable experience, everywhere else was very corporate-y. The entire staff have an extremely positive attitude and I never once felt pressured to do anything. The 3 ladies who transplanted my hair went above and beyond even fixing the original hairline for me. They are professionals in their work and I felt very satisfied being their patient. They made sure I understood the results are based on my concerns and theyre here for me. If I ever need any touchups in the future I only want them working on me. This procedure will be fixing about 10-ish years of me having extremely low self esteem suffering every single day. I cant thank them enough and look forward to the results. Im sure it will be nice and dense with my naturally wavy/curly hair.
