I def. had 2 good experiences at the NYC location. Kat, I definitely appreciate your time & patience w/me. Both series done on me was an experience. What I LOVED/recognized the most was your cleanliness & constant changing of your gloves. You explained, as well as showed me how it was going to be done. On the 1st visit, you waited til I arrived & had such a positive/professional disposition. The shop's atmosphere was on point{music/energy/clean.} On second visit, {if I didn't tell you}, I appreciate how you were willing with NO hesitation; to fill-in any areas that I asked of. Kat, I'll say, I'm pleased to have found this wonderful NY location. The work YOU do takes time, patience & precision & you def.have that!! Thank You Kindly.

If you are struggling with hair loss and want to feel more comfortable in your own skin again, I would highly recommend SMP at the Scalp Shop. The process and aftercare instructions were clearly explained, and Kat answered any questions I had. Kat was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel at home in the studio. The environment was calm and welcoming, and I felt comfortable during my appointments. I could tell that Kat truly cares about her clients and takes pride in the work that goes on in the shop. I left my last session feeling confident and satisfied with the results, but I knew that I would always be welcomed back at the shop if I had any future questions. Overall, I am glad that I looked into SMP, and I am even happier to have had at it done at the Scalp Shop!

THIS BUSINESS IS A MUST. If you are looking to have scalp micropigmentation search no further. Kat, the owner is just fantastic from the very beginning until the end. She patiently answered all my questions prior to my visit which put me at ease. When my appointment was made, I received very detailed instructions on how to prepare. Day of scalp micropigmentation I was made extremely comfortable. By the way, the shop atmosphere is very relaxing. I completed my second session and couldn't be happier with my results. Also, you do get another set of very detailed instructions on after care for both sessions. You will find a lot of businesses advertising now because this is the newest "hot" trend. GO WITH THE VERY BEST - GO GET YOUR PROCEDURE DONE AT THE SCALP SHOP. Please look at the photos online. This shop has serviced diverse clients.

I can’t recommend Scalp Shop enough! After years of wearing braids, wigs, and trying every trick in the book to cover my hair loss, I was exhausted—both financially and emotionally. I found out I had alopecia that was seriously damaging my self esteem. I came in for SMP and Kat absolutely blew me away with how professional and knowledgeable she is (Geo too!). I had the most magical experience during my three sessions- after the first day, I literally couldn’t wait for the next session! I ended up coming back for some freckles and even two tattoos!!
