Negative stars. Absolutely RUDE customer service. Accidentally canceled my appointment on the online service she used and contacted stylist immediately after explaining everything that happened. I didn’t hear from her until two days after. Her response was careless. I paid her deposit and she still charged me $150 for services NEVER PROVIDED. FRAUD- charging my credit card an additional $276.75??? DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO!!!
Hi Kanani. I understand you were expecting to be serviced for 79.50 thru groupon. My groupon campaign is not active that’s why all contact info was removed from website. You then went out of your way to look me up on instagram. You booked a full price appt with a $50 deposit. You then cancelled the appt your self which then charges the cancel fee. Which is a percentage based on the services you booked. ($276.00) You blocked me on Instagram and my phone number after I did take 12 hours to respond. I announced to you I have a 48 hr response time. You clearly thought that was rude although it’s just simply to prevent tantrums like this. I have no way to communicate to you. Although you can contact me thru email.

She’s amazing!! I’m very picky with who I trust to cut my hair, and I’m 100% going back to Taress for all my hair cut/coloring/styling appointments! She did such a great job!!! I’m so happy I found someone I trust with my hair 😊 Update: her new location is great, and she’s still doing an amazing job with my hair! I’m always leaving super happy with the results 😊
