A clean practice with a good process for booking and clear prompt communication. Not suited for cases of extensive hair loss like mine; I had to be persistent to be seen by the doctor in person and ended up leaving the place with the tail between my legs, told that transplant wasn't an option. I have seen a different practice since and while their assessments on my alopecia was similar, they seemed more open to business and collaboration on making transplant work, rather than pointing out other options on the market.
Thank you for your comments. Dr Kevin is a very honest and ethical doctor. Surgery is not always the best solution for various different reasons. Not everyone is a suitable candidate for a transplant. Dr Kevin is a long time at this and knows when surgery is the right choice. Many other clinics will go ahead and do surgery, regardless of whether it is the right solution or not. I know it is not nice to hear that surgery is not a good option. There are many non surgical options available which are very effective and are a lot cheaper. Dr Kevin gave you the best advice in his professional opinion. Thats what the consultation is for.
