Great consultation with Kate from U.K. Transplant Hair Clinics. Kate walked me through the options available to me for a hair transplant and the associated costs. It was more expensive than I thought it was going to be - but I need a lot of hair grafts. Kate discussed the full end to end process with me including the next in person consultation, the procedure itself and the post procedure care. Kate made me aware of timescales and typical outcomes, including the guarantee they offer regarding a free of charge second procedure if the desired outcome is not achieved with the first procedure. I went ahead and paid a deposit and we even booked the date for my hair transplant, which I can change. Very professional and detailed consultation.

A friend recommended I Try UK Hair after his successful transplant. The process so far has been very positive, superb communication in arranging the consultation and the consultation itself with Paul was extremely helpful, informative and surprisingly impartial. Paul is clearly an expert and not a salesperson and this made me feel very comfortable in taking his advice and setting a treatment plan for me to take away and make a decision. UPDATE: I have now undertaken my transplant. 5 weeks ago I attended the Manchester clinic of U.K. hair and from arranging the surgery date, the helpfulness of Chelsea my patient co-ordinator was incredible. No question was too silly or too much trouble. The surgery day was very well organised, everything was explained to me very well by my Surgeon Dr Elgindi and the procedure itself was largely completely painless and oddly relaxing! All of the technicians were lovely and made it a very enjoyable experience. The aftercare was detailed well to me and follow up calls and emails very welcome explaining the various changes and things to expect. Overall an excellent experience with U.K. hair.
