I honestly don't know what happened to this company or the owner Randy. I have been going to Ultimate Hair for years. In the last year, something has really changed. I am still owed a system (that I have to assume I will never get). The hair quality is so bad. I could not get the frizz to lay down (so embarrassing: see picture below). They kept telling me they ordered another system for months and months only for me to find out that they never ordered it. We went through this several times. It's been well over a year and they won't even pick up the phone now. I don't even know it they are still in business. But, just in case, I hope this helps someone else!
