I've had two hair graft procedures there. The first went fairly well and I was relatively happy with it. The second was a few years later & I was completely dissatisfied. Grafts were (supposedly) added to the crown area, but I saw almost no new growth after a year. I definitely didn't see anything worth paying $7,000+. I was so incensed that I drove up to Cleveland and spoke with the owner. He showed me that there were few hairs in my crown area and how to comb my hair so that it was less visible (which doesn't address the lack of new growth that I paid thousands of dollars for). I believe the person who did the procedure either didn't do it properly or completely. Go somewhere else so that your money is not wasted.

Initial consultation in May. Follow-up after that, making two in-person appointments. Product was supposedly ordered in early June. To date, two email attempts to communicate were unanswered by their professional although she denied receiving them (there is no doubt however that both emails were received, as she confided to me that she failed to answer first time). After my second email attempt the Manager intervened and both he and employee reached out by email. Shipping is understandably late due to Covid-19 but not reaching out unless a client complains is not my idea of professionalism. To date, no product. Zip. No further contact. Im done wasting my time. Going elsewhere.
