Sent my daughter & mother to Jasmyne & both left extremely unhappy & disappointed. At both consultations she saw what she was working with, we explained in detail what our expectations were & she promised she could deliver. She even posted a picture of my daughter on her IG page which seems like there is a drastic change but it’s all smoke and mirrors. Each session, when you leave your head is full of ink & your hair is greasy so it looks full & darker. As soon as you wash your hair all of that washes away & you see your scalp & it looks the same as it did before the session. Save your money, there are a lot of other professionals out there that do better work. When my mother went for her last session & expressed her concerns Jasmyne became visibly upset & was even rough with my mother. My mother asked for some sort of refund since she didn’t provide the results that she promised & Jasmyne basically said sorry I did my part.

I totally get where you're coming from with wanting full coverage, especially with long hair female alopecia Remember, the scalp micropigmentation (SMP) is all about creating the look of shade, not actually adding hair. This was discussed during the consultation. The scalp will still be visible, from the photos she sent after washing her hair, there's definitely an 80% darker appearance now. The illusion is working although expectations were completely different in the end.

Very unprofessional, I’m literally trying to communicate to schedule an appointment and she’s ignoring me. What type of business woman who is ethical ignores clients. Just simply state that you do not wish to perform the service. Some individuals are humble when there business is progressing but when it’s successful they become egotistical. Unsure if this is discriminatory practices but stay humble what God gives he can reverse. I found another SMP artist who is very responsive, affordable and does much better work !
