Started going to Yuva for tattoo removal of a thin black line on my finger last year. Over the course of my time going here there have been 2 different Aesthetician’s perform my laser removal and today Dr. Reddy himself performed the laser removal. While trying to voice my concerns to Dr. Reddy about the constant changes, differences in the way the procedure was performed etc…. He took a phone call while in the room with me and then repeatedly interrupted me instead of listening to my concerns. I then decided it was best just to leave to I went to the front desk to pay and while checking out could hear him repeatedly dismissing my concerns to his assistant. All while other customers were in the waiting room and could hear every word he was saying. The office staff is very pleasant and accommodating but they also seem to have very high turnover as the faces are always changing it seems. It’s no wonder though I’m sure working for him is not a pleasant experience, DO NOT GO TO YUVA MED SPA FOR TATTOO REMOVAL! There are better options anyway.
Sorry you had poor experience , our physicians are well knowledgeable in the lasers and train our aestheticians. And follow the laser standards
