Je suis allée consulter cette clinique pour un problème d’hyperpigmentation. Le docteur m’a parlé d’une préparation à faire avant d’envisager un peeling, ce qui m’a semblé cohérent et professionnel sur le moment. Mais après la consultation : rien. Aucune préparation envoyée, aucun suivi, aucun service rendu. Juste 70 euros envolés pour une consultation qui n’a débouché sur strictement aucune prise en charge. Je suis profondément déçue par ce manque de sérieux. Je déconseille cette clinique : on vous vend de l’espoir, mais vous repartez avec du vent.
Translated: I went to consult this clinic for a hyperpigmentation problem. The doctor told me about preparation to do before considering a peel, which seemed coherent and professional to me at the time. But after the consultation: nothing. No preparation sent, no follow-up, no service provided. Just 70 euros wasted for a consultation which resulted in absolutely no support. I am deeply disappointed by this lack of seriousness. I do not recommend this clinic: they sell you hope, but you leave with wind.

Nous avons pris un rendez-vous dermatologique pour notre fille avec de problèmes d’acné et peau très sensible. Le docteur DEYGAT n’a même pas pris la peine de prendre 5 Minutes pour demander depuis combien temps, quels traitements ou produits elle utilise… enfin 5 minutes, le temps une minuscule révision… cela pour lui donne un traitement inadapté pour sa peau et sont cas. Heureusement on a pu avoir un deuxième avis médical mais 75€ pour 5 minutes et un traitement non adéquat c’est inacceptable

Doctor DEYGAT didn't even bother to take 5 minutes to ask how long, what treatments or products she has been using... well 5 minutes, time for a tiny review... this is giving her an unsuitable treatment for her skin and this is the case. Fortunately we were able to get a second medical opinion but €75 for 5 minutes and inadequate treatment is unacceptable.
