I rarely ever write reviews, but this was the worst experience for me. I was very excited when I invested in her hair extensions. I have had extensions for years (NBR, tape, clips). It was by far the worst experience for me. I purchased her shampoo and conditioner and did everything right. Every time I blew out my hair, I had 3-5 strands of extensions falling out of my head (which she never told me to expect). Once they started to grow out, I had dreadlocks all in the back of my head. When I confronted Christina in the nicest way possible she was defensive, extremely nasty and said “If you’re unhappy I don’t want you coming back to my salon”. Not an apology or anything. I had 2 of her workers working on the taking the extensions out that I just spent $1,700 on. They were ripping through the knots in the back of my hair. I saw chunks of hair falling to the floor the entire time. (Wasn’t their fault , they were the only nice ones in the salon). They used oil to try and get them out as painless as possible. Although It still hurt very bad!!! I had the extensions for a total of 7 weeks and I don’t even want anyone else putting them back in because they were that terrible. What a waste of money!!!!!

Knight in shining stilettos? Christina is really the best at what she does. I went to Christina as a consultation post-chemo and surgery. The feeling of losing my hair, and then wearing a wig was simply unbearable. I understood ahead of time that I needed a few inches to make the extensions work, so the day the ruler matched up to my necessary length I gave her a call. A few days later I was greeted at the door with a big hug & left with an order of bundles of (exact match) hair. The morning of install, I was the happiest I was in months. Christina was giving me the opportunity to feel and look like myself after everything I had been through. Now the hair - WOW. It speaks for itself. Friends and family I hadn't seen since pre-chemo even questioned me saying "I thought you lost your hair?" and in response mentioning its extensions, I've left people wide-eyed and speechless. Thank you Christina & Victoria for making an extremely difficult time a very positive experience for me. You both are beautiful inside & out and your work shows your dedication and mastery.
