I traveled from Houston to Dallas — booked a flight and hotel — specifically for my in-person alopecia consultation. Less than 12 hours before, I was informed via email that the appointment was moved to virtual due to “transportation issues.” I expressed my frustration respectfully and was told my expectations were “opportunistic” and that my energy didn’t align with the clinic — simply for wanting fair treatment. Very unprofessional experience. If you’re traveling or expecting reliable, client-focused care, I’d look elsewhere.
