Açıkçası bu kadar ilgili ve profesyonel bir klinikle karşılaşacağımı hiç beklemiyordum. İlk randevumda bile tüm personelin güler yüzlü olması, bana güven verdi. Operasyon günü geldiğinde her şey özenle hazırlanmıştı, steril ortam beni fazlasıyla rahatlattı. Doktor operasyon boyunca her adımı anlattı, ne yapıldığını bilmek beni psikolojik olarak da rahatlattı. Şimdi ise saçlarımın doğallığına hayran kalıyorum. Kuaförüm bile ektirdiğimi anlamadı! Gerçekten işlerini hakkıyla yapan nadir yerlerden biri.
