I've come here a couple of times to see a guy named John. I've gone through a few people here but John is the main one for me. Always styles my wolf cut just the way I want it. It only takes him a good 20 minutes to do my hair, he makes it look super easy but I could never do my hair myself. He's the best! The receptionists here are always sweet and it's super easy to schedule with just a quick call. Love this place alot.

I wanted a fresh cut and fun hair color, so I contacted their scheduler. They said they had availability on the weekend, but I needed to come in for a consultation first. When I arrived, the person I was scheduled with was delayed with another client, and I was asked for the third time what services I wanted. After that, I was told they were fully booked, and the scheduler inquired if I work. Since I do work, shocking I know, I asked about their next availability. However, I was told it would be a long time and suggested to try another salon down the street. Thanks, but NO thanks… decided to look elsewhere. What a waste of time! A call came hours later, but why bother going back at that point?

This hair salon is amazing. The entire staff welcomes you and makes you feel right at home every time. They are constantly updating their salon. It is meticulously clean at all times. My color and haircuts are consistently great ! Pedicures and manicures are awesome too ! I could not be happier with my choice of salons.

John did an amazing job of giving me balayage in a natural brown shade as I’d requested. In fact, he was able to lift my natural black color without using bleach. I’ve been complimented on my hair left and right with the balayage giving me the perfect change from my previous color. Had a great overall experience and recommend this salon.

I have never written a review before but this deserves one. I have had MANY keratins over the years and have never had an issue until now. The past several treatments I had at Oggi Adam & Eve with Sue B who, happy for her but unfortunately for me, moved away. Her keratins were always perfect and I never had any issues or complaints. My recent one on March 25th with a new stylist (Marissa F) however, not the case. After my first shampoo (24 hours plus later - this particular treatment only has a 24 hour waiting period) I knew something was not right. We were going away down South where it was hot & humid and my next shampoo down there proved this treatment was not what it should have been. My hair was difficult to dry and after drying it was big and not smooth like it should have been. I know this for a fact because I’ve had this treatment in the past with Sue B and went away to Mexico where it’s hot and humid and my hair was always perfect. It was easy to dry, smooth and my waves were not there. I called the salon while I was away and set up an appointment so she could take a look at my hair. Needless to say when she saw my hair she said nothing was wrong with it and my two most difficult areas (by my ear where my hairs does an “s” wave) she told me the keratin would not take away the curl. As I said, I have had MANY MANY keratins and NEVER did that section of hair have the “S” wave after the keratin. I don’t have CURLY hair I have thick, coarse hair with some waves. The keratins have always smoothed out my waves for at least 2-3 months…so I think I should know what my hair should be like after keratin. She said she would give me a “discount” the next time she did my treatment. How much of a discount because 100% would be appropriate since I was clearly not happy with the results and never had any complaints with prior treatments. Honestly I don’t want to have another treatment with her, especially if the end result will be the same. I should have spoken with a manager or owner and requested a full or partial refund. I did ask Janet at the front desk what were my options if I wanted another stylist to redo the treatment and she did not know and said when I called for an appointment she would have an answer for me.
