Was in the office yesterday and saw Henry Sotomayer, which was amazing. Very thorough. Kind explain things very well. His assistant was very nice. My problems with the front office when I had entered the building there was a young lady at check-in , and another girl at checkout lane 2 , the problems with the girl Lane check out too, and she’s an extreme bully to the girl at check-in and let the whole office know that she was trying to belittle her and be above her and talk down to her if you would like any more information on this, you can reach out and I will explain further detail because there was more to the story .
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad Henry Sotomayer and his assistant provided thorough, kind care. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered at check‐out and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Please contact the office directly with more details so we can look into this matter further.

Edit: 6.2025 corporate still continues to be awful. Showed up for an appointment only to find it was canceled. I was told a voice message was left, but there were no messages on my telephone. Calling to schedule is an abomination since they want everything done with as little person to person interaction as possible. Online check-in is painfully slow. Again, if it was a doctor I needed to go to frequently, I would find a new corporation. But, it is not the fault of the amazing dermatologist that their conglomerate along with their office staff is subpar. Doctors and PAs are amazing. But since they have sold out and gone corporate, it is run corporate. Trying to get an appointment is a whole process, since you are dealing with a call center and not the actual office. You are blown up with appointment reminders, but they never get you in on time. Office itself has to follow corporate rules, making it more robotic than welcoming. If the practitioners weren't so amazing and because it is a practice we don't have to go to frequently, we have stayed with them.
We’re sorry you experienced frustration with appointment cancellations, missed messages and the call-center process. It’s great to hear your praise for our dermatologists and PAs. Please reach out to the office directly so they can look into the scheduling, voicemail and online check-in concerns.

When you first walk in you sign in & get called. The staff says hello but are very busy with getting patients back in a timely manner. Once your name is called, the staff spends one on one time answering your questions and any concerns you have. The Dr was very knowledge! He answered ALL my questions even the ones I thought were dumb. I highly recommend them!
