It was a very good experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Jennifer Hinders was great. I arrived early and was done and leaving a minute before my scheduled appointment. Not sure that has ever happened before.

Her care to detail and bedside manners were greatly appreciated and she helped me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I’ve heard how good Dr. Patel’s office was since I was in high school. I’m 40 now. Needless to say, I was so excited to visit the office for my scalp and hair issues. I just knew I’d receive top-tier care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I saw Jennifer Hinders (I think that’s her name). I removed my clip-ins to show Ms. Hinders the issues I am having with my scalp. She did not even get close to me. She peered over into my head on her tip toes, while maintaining her distance from me, told me my hair would probably not grow back, mentioned a script for the front part of my hair, then left the room. There was no scalp analysis, no questions, no care. She made me feel like I was gross and no one should ever be made to feel that way, especially in a doctor’s office. I was prescribed a topical, watery product that does not work for my hair for many reasons. I was not asked to make a follow-up appointment or to have any diagnostic testing of any kind. I was disappointed to say the least.

I’m not one to complain but I’m very frustrated with these people! They never call back! They never call the pharmacy when they request a refill until I have to call again and again to get that refill! It’s just so frustrating! I shouldn’t have to do that! I
