Η "κακη" μου εμπειρια δεν αφορα υπηρεσιες! Δεν προλαβα! Δηλωσα ενδιαφερον για ενημερωση, σχετικα με τα μαλλια μου. Και μου τηλεφωνησαν, εκλεισα ραντεβου και πηγα. Και ΕΥΤΥΧΩΣ, πριν μπω, με ενημερωσαν οτι επειδη θεωρειται ιατρικη επισκεψη, κοστιζει 50€! Μα θα πηγαινα να ενημερωθω για το τι μπορουν να μου προσφερουν! Και ειχα σκοπο να ενημερωθω απο αλλα 15 κεντρα, πριν αποφασισω που θα παω! 1ον. Δεν ειχα το ονομα του γιατρου, να ψαξω το βιογραφικο του, να παρω πληροφοριες κ.λ.π. 2ον. Δεν μου το ειχαν πει απο το τηλεφωνο, ωστε αφου δεν ειχα αυτη τη μερα χρηματα ή να κανονιζα καποια αλλη φορα ή να αρνιομουν τελειως! ΑΔΙΑΦΟΡΗΣΑΝ για μενα - και τον χρονο μου- και με αφησαν να παω μεχρι το κεντρο τους για να με ενημερωσουν τελευταια στιγμη 😠 ***Ειδα την απαντηση σας αλλα δεν μπορεσα να απαντησω σ΄αυτο! Λοιπον, σιγουρα, μπορειτε να βαλετε οποιο κοστος θελετε! Δικη σας η επιχειρηση, οσο θελετε πουλατε! Αλλα αυτο που κρινω πολυ ασχημα, αυτο που αν μπορουσα θα χαρακτηριζα με αρνητικο αστερι, ειναι οτι ΔΕΝ ΜΕ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΣΑΤΕ για το κοστος ΠΡΙΝ!!!! Να μην χασω τον χρονο μου! Ουτε τα 2,4€ στα εισητηρια του λεωφορειου! Για τα οποια κανονικα θα επρεπε να μου δινατε τα χρηματα!

Translated: My "bad" experience was not about services! I didn't get there! I expressed interest in getting information about my hair. And they called me, I made an appointment and went. And LUCKILY, before I went in, they informed me that because it is considered a medical visit, it costs 50€! But I was going to go and find out what they could offer me! And I had intended to find out from 15 other centers before deciding where to go! 1st. I didn't have the doctor's name, to look up his CV, to get information, etc. 2nd. They hadn't told me over the phone, so since I didn't have the money that day, I had to either make another appointment or refuse completely! THEY DIDN'T CARE about me - and my time - and let me go to their center to get last minute updates 😠 ***I saw your reply but I couldn't answer it! Well, sure, you can set whatever price you want! It's your business, sell as much as you want! But what I think is really bad, what I would rate with a negative star if I could, is that YOU DIDN'T INFORM ME about the price BEFORE!!!! Don't waste my time! Not even the 2.4€ for the bus tickets! For which you should normally give me the money!

Καλησπέρα σας, Η Αdvanced Hair Clinics αφορά σε ιατρική εταιρεία και η ενημέρωση αφορά σε ιατρική διάγνωση και εξέταση από εξειδικευμένο ιατρικό προσωπικό. Η τριχόπτωση είναι μία πάθηση, ως εκ τούτου απαιτείται λήψη ιατρικού ιστορικού, πολλές φορές συνταγογράφηση εξετάσεων και πρόταση από το γιατρό για το κατάλληλο θεραπευτικό πλάνο. Σε πάρα πολλές περιπτώσεις απαιτείται και ιατρική συνταγή φαρμακευτικής αγωγής. Συνεπώς σε μία τέτοια διαδικασία υπάρχει κόστος εξέτασης εύλογο και μάλιστα αναφέρεται και στην ιστοσελίδα του ομίλου και είναι αναρτημένο και στους χώρους υποδοχής. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ
