★☆☆☆☆ SCAM ALERT — BEWARE Hair Restoration of Beverly Hills is running a bait-and-switch scam. This is my experience. They falsely advertise free consultations, but once you try to schedule one, the truth comes out. I booked my appointment, only to receive an email shortly after saying it was canceled. When I called to find out what happened, I was told I needed to pay $250 to reschedule — despite it being a free consultation. I was willing to pay the fee since I had missed a prior appointment due to illness. But when I asked if the $250 would be refunded when I showed up (again, because the consultation is supposed to be FREE), I was told, "No, you only get it back if you go through with the procedure." Excuse me? So the free consultation is only free if you spend thousands of dollars with them? That’s dishonest, misleading, and predatory. This place is not trustworthy. If they’re already snatching $250 just to talk to someone, imagine how much more they'll try to squeeze out of you later. If this is how they treat people before a single hair is restored, I can’t even imagine what the actual process looks like. Avoid this place at all costs. Total scam.

I swear I thought hair transplants were a scam, but I went and met with Taylor, got the skinny on what to expect, got financing in a few minutes. And Boom! At 4 months hair started coming in like crazy...now after 6 months...I bought Suavesito palmade.... lol Just go do it. My wife is stoked and my friends are tripping out on this. It's a blast. The two close ups are today, the one with my son on my shoulders is Nov 2024

Dr. Adair and his staff including Taylor, made my visit there very comfortable. I am a 75 year old man who had a receding hairline and thinning crown. I am at the six month mark now; where it is expected that I would see substantial new growth. It has more than exceeded my hopes, even if this was as much growth as I would have over the one year period that it takes to conclude. It has been life changing as of late because of my much improved hairline and fuller crown. They say clothes make the man, and there is truth to that. But I have plenty of nice clothes and have not felt this attractive in many years. As a divorced man with hopes of finding another, it has been a game changer. Thank you Dr. Adair

Avoid this clinic! It definitely is a mill. After meeting with their senior consultant, George Vicuna in January 2024, I was told that 2000 grafts would be able to restore my hairline and do a small portion of my crown. I was told that with my hair type and desired results taken into account, I would be a good candidate for the FUE procedure. My transplant was scheduled for early February. A day or two after the consultation, Dr. Adair calls me and says that he can’t do the part of my crown because I have scarring alopecia. He’s making this diagnosis based on a photo from an iPad by the way. I questioned this and he said let’s look at things when I get to the office in Beverly Hills. I got to the office on the morning of my procedure and had to literally summon Dr. Adair before I put my signature on the contract and paid. Did he not make a diagnosis based on the iPad photo? He took me into a room, looked at my head in person for the first time, and realized I did NOT in fact have scarring alopecia. He then confirmed he could transplant to that area as originally agreed. Over the following weeks and months, I followed the post operation instructions and exercised patience as I waited for the results of the transplant. I am now 1 year post-op and the density of my hair line does not match the rest of my hair after a certain amount of growth. George Vicuna assured me the number of grafts would be sufficient. Dr. Adair, who seems to want minimal involvement in the operations of his clinic never expressed reservations about the results I wanted. Dr. Adair, the surgeon, who I had to summon, and who checked in twice while his support staff did the actual procedure is now trying to place blame on George for the poor results. Both of them are now proposing that I pay more money for another procedure.

Lack of transparency when consulting and didn't know I would have to take finasteride. You may want to research this drug carefully before you look into this procedure. I have bald patches on my forehead still 11 months after the procedure and was told that the reason for my hair to look thin is because of the skin tone I have and even referred me to a pigmentation specialist. I am forced to now look into doing this again because I can't really go back after going this route, and will schedule a flight to Turkey to have this done right. Not happy with the outcome and while there is a hairline, it looks like I am balding and now have to use hair powder. When I went to visit, the Doctor only took a peak at my hair and didn't focus on the areas that the hair had a patch on. This review doesn't reflect how polite and nice the staff was, but I really felt robbed here. I don't think I will recommend this place to anyone. At least look into the drug prescriptions first and make sure if you get this done that your "skin tone" won't make it appear you are still thinning or have bald spots. I should have flown out of the country for a fraction of this cost.
