Went in for a consult and left with a sick shag from Kacey! She was really cool and honest when I asked questions about my hair. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair (people said I look 10 years younger 😅). I will definitely book future appointments with her! The salon itself was really chill and welcoming. I was butchered here so bad today. I showed the red haired girl working there reference photos for what I wanted and got the choppiest most screwed up hair cut I've ever had. I went to the car and started bawling my eyes out. I'm never coming again. THEY CANNOT DO ALTERNATIVE HAIRCUTS!!! I do not recommend at all I've been butchered again.
We sorry you had the experience. There was a miss communication between what you asked the stylist for and what you then showed the stylist what u wanted in a picture. Butchered wouldn't be a word I use although you've tried to smear us for ur slight bang trim everywhere. We appreciate your feedback and will try to do better in the future.
