Suite a la faillite de Hair&Skin, ANAGEN, le repreneur, me propose de payer la partie manquante de mon traitement afin de le terminer, au montant initial. En rappelant 1 mois après pour fixer la date de l'intervention, je tombe sur une autre personne, Samir, qui me dit qu'en fait je dois payer 3500.- et non plus les 1600.- manquants, même si ils se sont engagés 1 mois plus tôt. (ANAGEN s'étant engagé à faire des bons pour le clients lésés par la faillite, ils remontent en parallèle les tarifs, le résultat est donc le même). Entreprise peu sérieuse, pas mieux que la précédente , leur gestion administrative et commerciale est désastreuse. Passez votre chemin. Pour les gens dans le même cas, n'hésitez pas à faire une remontée auprès du notaire Zurichois qui gère la faillite Hair&Skin.

When I called back a month later to schedule the procedure, I reached another person, Samir, who told me that I actually had to pay CHF 3,500 and no longer the missing CHF 1,600, even though they had committed to it a month earlier. (Since ANAGEN had committed to issuing vouchers for customers affected by the bankruptcy, they are simultaneously raising their prices, so the result is the same). A disreputable company, no better than the previous one; their administrative and commercial management is disastrous. Move on. For people in the same situation, don't hesitate to contact the Zurich notary who is handling the Hair&Skin bankruptcy.

To be honest, I couldn’t be more disappointed. I went in to treat a specific wrinkle in my forehead, and after numerous sessions and needles, it hasn’t changed at all. I followed the doctor’s recommendations to improve my chances of success, but the wrinkle treatment simply didn’t work. Now I’ll have to spend even more money at a different clinic.
