Nu recomand acest salon. De când am intrat, am observat mizerie pe jos și praf peste tot. Am avut programare la Luiza pentru un tratament B3 Bond Builder în valoare de 400 de lei. Lavoarul pentru spălare era murdar, iar scaunul plin de praf. În timpul spălării, mi-a dat apă în ochi și urechi. Apoi mi-a pus o bucată de plastic pe păr și o cască pentru fixare, setată la o temperatură mult prea ridicată. Am stat 30 de minute, iar după acest timp am fost nevoită să mai aștept sub casca fierbinte, deoarece Luiza s-a ocupat de alte cliente. O altă fată m-a spălat și uscat în locul ei. Am plătit prin transfer bancar, iar la casă mi-au trecut un alt serviciu decât cel pe care l-am primit, la o oră diferită față de momentul achitării. O experiență dezamăgitoare!

I paid by bank transfer, and at the checkout I received a different service than the one I received, at a different time than when I paid. A disappointing experience!

Dorim să clarificăm faptul că tratamentul pe care l-ați ales se desfășoară sub casca de căldură, la o temperatură moderată, timp de 25 de minute. Pe tot parcursul acestui proces, Luiza a monitorizat constant tratamentul pentru a ne asigura că rezultatele sunt optime. Într-un salon, fiecare membru al echipei noastre este pregătit să finalizeze anumite etape ale tratamentului, întotdeauna sub supravegherea specialistului desemnat. În cazul dumneavoastră, colegul care era disponibil la acel moment a finalizat procesul, respectând protocolul stabilit. Vă apreciem feedback-ul și ne dorim ca fiecare client să plece mulțumit. Cea mai proasta experienta ! Mizerie pe jos peste tot Praf ! Instrumentar la manichiura nesterilizat cum trebuie ! Manichiura groasa si stramba ! Par pe jos si jeg ca si cum nu s a mai facut curat de un an ! Praf peste tot Lampile imputite necuratate dupa fiecare clienta cum ar trebui ! Si multe multeeee innereguli ! Daca venea un control inchidea salonul direct !

Las si eu recenzia mea :) Acestea sunt fotografii din luna iunie , fiind prima data cand am venit la Ark Salon . Ambientul este placut, personal super prietenos , blondul perfect 🤍ulterior am revenit pe parcursul anului la intretinere ! Din nou , totul a decurs foarte frumos . Recomand 1000% salonul si atentia pe care personalul ți-o acorda 🩷 recomand in special blondelor pentru ca , dupa cum se vede , pot sa numesc aceasta lucrare drept perfectiune!
