Ik heb onlangs een haartransplantatie laten uitvoeren bij deze kliniek en ik ben ontzettend tevreden over het hele traject. Vanaf het eerste contact voelde ik me op mijn gemak. Het team was niet alleen professioneel, maar vooral ook menselijk en begripvol. Wat mij het meest opviel, was dat ze echt de tijd namen om naar mij te luisteren en mij gerust te stellen. Tijdens de behandeling werd er voortdurend gecheckt of alles goed ging. Als ik pijn had, ongemakkelijk lag of gewoon even pauze nodig had, werd daar meteen op gereageerd. Dat gaf me het gevoel dat mijn welzijn voorop stond. Het personeel werkte zeer hygiënisch en precies, wat natuurlijk enorm belangrijk is bij zo’n ingreep. De communicatie was van begin tot eind duidelijk en vlot, zowel voor als na de behandeling. Ik kreeg goede uitleg over wat ik kon verwachten, en ook na de transplantatie stond het team klaar om mijn vragen te beantwoorden en de nazorg goed op te volgen. Alles bij elkaar ben ik heel blij dat ik voor deze kliniek heb gekozen. Je merkt dat ze ervaring hebben, maar nog belangrijker: dat ze om hun patiënten geven. Ik zou deze kliniek zonder twijfel aanraden aan iedereen die overweegt een haartransplantatie te laten doen.

That made me feel that my well-being was paramount. The staff worked very hygienically and precisely, which is of course extremely important with such a procedure. The communication was clear and smooth from start to finish, both before and after the treatment. I received good explanations about what to expect, and even after the transplant the team was ready to answer my questions and follow up the aftercare well. All in all I am very happy that I chose this clinic. You can tell that they have experience, but even more importantly: that they care about their patients. Tocmai am terminat un implant de două zile la Arta Hair Clinic. Eu am analizat f.mult online ce clinică să aleg pentru implant și pot spune că am făcut alegerea corectă. In primul rand clinica este una modern echipată și se pune accent foarte mult pe curățenie, un lucru important părerea mea. Seriozitatea și profesionalismul domnului doctor au fost frumos completate de către staff-ul său: de la asistente și asistent empatici, joviali, bine pregătiți și gata să te ajute în orice moment, la dna/dșoara de la front desk care a făcut interacțiunea, atât prin WhatsApp cât și față in față, să fie una plăcută. Mi-au fost explicați clar pașii care urmează și mi-a fost dată o listă cu tot ce e nevoie să fac post-operație. Operația în sine nu a fost una dureroasă, s-au simțit doar câteva injecții făcute la început, în mare parte nimic ieșit din comun sau insuportabil. Una peste alta sunt mulțumit, a ieșit mai bine decât am preconizat. Acum aștept să treacă timpul și să vad rezultatele finale. Voi reveni cu mai multe detalii atunci.
Translated: I just finished a two-day implant at Arta Hair Clinic. I did a lot of research online about which clinic to choose for the implant and I can say that I made the right choice. First of all, the clinic is modernly equipped and there is a lot of emphasis on cleanliness, an important thing in my opinion. The seriousness and professionalism of the doctor were nicely complemented by his staff: from the empathetic, jovial, well-trained and ready to help you at any time nurses and assistants, to the lady/lady at the front desk who made the interaction, both via WhatsApp and face to face, a pleasant one. The next steps were clearly explained to me and I was given a list of everything I needed to do post-surgery. The surgery itself was not painful, only a few injections were felt at the beginning, mostly nothing out of the ordinary or unbearable. All in all I am satisfied, it turned out better than I expected. Now I'm waiting for time to pass and see the final results. I'll come back with more details then.

Am făcut transplantul de păr pe 16 iunie și, la 7 zile după intervenție, pot spune că sunt foarte mulțumit de alegerea făcută. Totul a fost bine organizat. Personalul medical a fost foarte atent, răbdător și profesionist. Mi s-au explicat clar toți pașii, iar în ziua intervenției m-am simțit în siguranță. Intervenția a durat câteva ore, dar fără durere, iar recuperarea a decurs conform așteptărilor. La o săptămână, zona implantată arată bine – crustele se desprind treptat, nu am avut complicații, iar roșeața începe să se estompeze. Abia aștept să văd rezultatele finale în următoarele luni! Mulțumesc echipei pentru seriozitate și suport. O experiență pe care o recomand oricui caută o soluție reală și sigură pentru căderea părului.
